Ivan and Azma are very reactive and very kind. The apartment has one of the best location, 1 minute from the tube on the Victoria line. The building is very calm and there is a supermarket and a restaurant just downstairs. I really recommend it. Thanks again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ivan's place. The location can't be beat, and there were mince pies in the kitchen for us, which was a lovely touch for Christmas. The apartment could use a couple of minor repairs, otherwise this would be a 5 star review. But overall this is a great place to stay, especially for the price, and perfect for our weekend in the city.

The apartment is in super location. Tube station is within 100m from the building, and also Tesco grocery store is in the same building. I think the bus station was also across the street, there were all the time lots of buses. Neighborhood is pretty quiet, in the apartment hardly any noise at all outside.

Great location for the US Embassy and exploring London on foot. The apartment is very well situated but could use a little maintenance and general upkeep.
