A great property in a great location right in the middle of the Crystal Palace triangle. Very tastefully decorated with everything you need in the property, very well equipped. A great welcome from Toni as well, who was very helpful throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again.

Toni was a great host, communication was great as the responses were quick and clear. The apartment is great, faithful to what is shown in the photos. There is a bus stop just 2mn away that takes you to the subway station (in 20-25mn) from where you can reach everything central London has to offer in around 20mn or so. Close to the apartment is a tiny convenience store that has just about everything you need for a short stay so that's good as well. I highly recommend this appartement and would like to thank Toni again for her hospitality :) ------- Toni était une superbe hôtesse, la communication était excellente et les réponses rapides et précises. L'appartement est super, fidèle à ce qui est montré sur les photos. Il y'a un arrêt de bus à 2minutes a pied qui vous emmène à la station de metro en 20-25mn et du métro vous pourrez aller voir tout ce que Londres a à offrir en une 20aine de minutes aussi. Il y a une petite supérette juste a coté de l'appartement qui est parfaite pour un court séjour, donc encore un bon point. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et aimerai une nouvelle Toni pour son hospitalité :) K.

We enjoyed our week's stay in Toni's 2 storey cosy flat which was quiet, clean, warm,safe and well located. Ideal for a couple who are on holiday. The kitchen and bathroom are ideal. Pity a second set of keys could not have been provided. Even better, instead of the two tiny low coffee tables and a redundant lap top table in the upstairs sitting room, we recommend Toni replacing them with a folding small 2 seater dining table and another second chair would vastly improve any mealtime experience. thanks RC and SC

Firstly, Crystal Palace is such a good location; nice and peaceful with plenty on your doorstep, and easily commutable to London central. Toni is a wonderful host and very helpful. Her flat is really cosy and comfortable and just ideal really, it is exactly as described, I'd definitely rebook without any hesitation whatsoever, it ticks all the boxes...oh, and Toni is only a phone call away if you need her help, and she's very kind and helpful indeed. Big thumbs up!
