For the price we were paying, we got something fair and good The apartment is very good located, just 15 minutes away from Victoria station with the train…. You would be central to the city center from the station Sydenham hill. The apartment was clean and for the price we were getting a good apartment. There was an excellent communication with the owner of the apartment, he was even Guiding us to a supermarket near the apartment (17 Minutes by walking) For us, there was always hot water.. and the internet didn’t fail at all!! The neighborhood is very good.. There is people to go to work everyday and very respectful and there is a school just near the apartment… a little loud could be once in a while *** it is not a five star hotel!!! But very convenient and everything In the kitchen works good. Definitely is not for people on wheelchairs or with babys on carriage… there are too many steps in the station Sydenham hill. The host is a very honest person and I would recommendthisplace

Everything was alright but It was quite cold in the apartment and we didn’t have hot water for some time, but Aristide was very responsive and offered to come fix it. Train stop is very close, it brings you straight to Victoria station.

The residence is easy accesable and well worth the money. Do not expect the best for this kind of money but all the basic equipment is there and the residence is clean. In the description it is stated that it is only 40 minutes to Heathrow but it took us more then a hour while we used the Heathrow express so this part is not completely correct. Communication with the host was ok. But there are a few points of attention. I was missing a coat rack and some storage room in the hall way. There is plenty of room for this. Also the outfitting of the residence and in paticular the kitchen is very poor. Now extra knives or cutlery for cooking like a cutting plank, brush or extra wipes or coffeemachine etc. Also 3 towels for 3 persons for 3 days is poor no extra towels available. We also had some other small issues like to little sheets and only 2 breadknives for 3 persons but this was rectified asap by the host.The use of electric heaters I don not like for safety reasons.

Séjour qui c’est bien passé malgré ne pas avoir d’eau chaude pendant plusieurs heures avec des bébés. Le logement est proche d’une station de train ce qui est top mais le point négatif c’est que c’est difficilement accessible avec des poussettes beaucoup trop d’escalier ça aurais dû être précisé par l’hôte dans son annonce. Les alentours sont très bruyant par les voisins. Appartement très mal isolé, mais dans l’ensemble le logement est correct est correspond au photo. Le wifi capté très mal et pas de réseau non plus.
