Virginia was a perfect host. She was communicative and extremely responsive when a small problem with equipment occurred. At the same time the privacy of the place was absolute. The outdoor lighting was very good, which was much appreciated at this dark time of year. The heating was also very good. The accommodation was exactly as listed and perfect for my son. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

It was our second time at Virginia’s place as we come sometimes to visit friends nearby. Virginia is always friendly and welcoming and left us everything we might need and more. It was a cold day, but the place was cosy, pretty, and so peaceful! It’s also convenient for shops and restaurants in Cranleigh. Would definitely stay here again!

Virginia was a great host - very helpful and very lovely! The accommodation was small as stated but perfect for what we required. Great for us and our dog! Would definitely go back if we were visiting the area!

The Pony House is excellent, compact accommodation in the garden of the Old Bakery, a grade 1 listed building. An easy walk (0.5mile) into Cranleigh which has all amenities. Loved running around the area and found an old railway line bridle path which was great. Convenient for sightseeing the beautiful Surrey Hills and visiting NT properties.

What a great little place! Perfect for our needs. Will use again and recommend to anyone visiting Cranleigh.
