自我介绍

Originally from the UK, lovely Winston-Salem is now my home. I continually enjoy exploring this cool city from the history in Old Salem (which reminds me of an English country village) to the arts - great theaters, galleries, UNCSA and Reynolda House, and wonderful restaurants, bakeries and breweries catering for all tastes. I have a small rescue dog and walking her gives me time to admire the beautiful trees, flowers and countryside. In addition, I enjoy trips to wineries, state parks, and mountains all within a couple of hours. I have one son who graduated from NC State in Raleigh, am an avid walker, reader, movie goer, and relish good food! I had a lot of fun completely remodeling and decorating my houses, and thoroughly enjoy being an Airbnb host. I have traveled quite widely to a lot of North America, Europe, Africa and Japan and would love to do more when time allows. I am a “hands off” host which may mean that you won’t meet me, but you will feel the warmth of my welcome as soon as you enter any of my homes. Plus I live very close by and can easily be reached by text or phone.
