We had such a wonderful stay for our son’s graduation! The home is in a perfect location for walking to the stadium and was great for our group of 8. The home was absolutely pristine and had everything we needed. If you’re attending game weekend, I highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We found it to be very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The living room/dining room TV setup was great for a game day! We appreciated the welcoming trays in each bedroom. We traveled from all over Michigan to Ann Arbor for a family weekend, and loved that this is a family home where we truly did feel at home. 10/10 recommend… thank you for hosting us!

Derrick's place is exactly as described and shown in the photos. It is a lovely house with everything you need. It was clearly just cleaned when we arrived, squeaky clean. We loved our stay and Derrick was super happy, helping us with all our questions (and even accepting a balloon delivery that arrived a lot earlier than expected. Highly recommend, lovely place for a football weekend or getaway to lovely Ann Arbor.

This is a beautiful house! The outdoor area was perfect, and we spent a lot of time out there. We were all able to walk to the Bog House and back, which was very convenient!

Great place to stay if visiting Michigan for a game. Not far from the stadium or local restaurants. The house was great and gave us plenty of room to hang out while we were there. If we ever go back to Ann Arbor, I would stay here for sure.
