We are a group of 10, 4 adults and 6 teenagers. I was afraid Joel’s home would feel tight for our crew but it was perfect. Before we arrived, he set up the air mattress so beautifully that we didn’t even realize it was an air mattress. There were also sheets, blankets, and pillows left out for the pull-out sofa, and plenty of towels for everyone. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep in this home. When we weren’t walking downtown or to the Big House, we had plenty of space to hang out between the living room, kitchen, and beautiful backyard. I can’t think of a single thing that was missing. This is a beautiful, well-equipped home and Joel is a perfect host. I’m sure we’ll be back. Thank you and Go Blue!

Probably a 20 minute walk from the main street bars and stadium but one of the better airbnb’s you’ll find for a game day weekend. Would stay again!

The location was great of the house was perfect for a game weekend and was a 30ish minute walk to the stadium. Joel was also easy to get a hold of a very responsive. Unfortunately, the stay was not the most comfortable - the house was advertised as sleeping 12, and while technically there were enough air mattresses to accommodate 12 guests, all of the air mattresses deflated to the point where people had to wake up multiple times through out the night to refill the air mattresses and despite that woke up on the floor. Additionally, there were only 4 coffee mugs and 9 towels when we got to the house, but Joel did drop off more towels when we asked. While we enjoyed getting back to Ann Arbor for a football game, we wish the house been more comfortable and have definitely stayed at other homes in Ann Arbor with better amenities for a fraction of the cost.
