Bright well-equipped eat-in kitchen. 3 private bedrooms upstairs, bedroom and pull-out and air mattresses in the basement, and 3.5 baths make it easy for 2 families to share the house with privacy.  Small gatherings okay early in the day, but no house parties or late nights outside -- we have neighbors with young children who are sensitive to noise.
