1304 S Main is a spacious home nestled on Main Street, right across from the University of Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor. Whether you are tailgating, celebrating, or relaxing, 1304 S Main will be your home away from home! 1304 S Main St is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home. Upon walking in the front door, you will find yourself in the living area with windows facing outwards to the University of Michigan Stadium. Accompanying the living room you will find the first full bathroom, dining room, and full kitchen. As you make your way upstairs, the second full bathroom followed by 3 bedrooms (2 double bed rooms and one single bed). The fire escape (for emergencies only) is located in the furthest bedroom on the left of the hallway. Heading down into the basement, you will find the final bedroom and half bathroom.

I and all my guests had a great time in this house. Lots of beds and bathrooms so we were all comfortable. The TV came in use and there was a stocked medicine cabinet in case of any emergencies. Our host was very responsive and mind as well and made it all the more pleasurable. The proximity from the big house is what really sold me on it. It was easily walkable and cool to be so close!
Alexandria was AMAZING. If I could give her a higher score, I would. The place was clean and served its purpose! We rented for my son's UMich graduation and it was perfect. Sleeps 12 comfortably which allowed our whole family to enjoy time together and celebrate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Very responsive host! Location was great. The kitchen was a bit smaller than expected and the bedroom in the basement was pretty musty but otherwise great stay!
