Loved our stay in Ann Arbor! Easy, short walk to the Big House and about a 15 minute stroll to downtown - restaurants and shopping. Valerie was a great host, even left us a wonderful ‘welcome’ basket! The yard was great - but we didn’t use it because we were so busy with other activities! Loved walking the neighborhood too. Awesome stay! Go Blue!

This is a very nice place. The backyard is bucolic with a nice fire pit amidst a background of dense beautiful trees. Outdoor grill was great and house was equipped with everything you could need. Just a fantastic location for the Michigan football game as very walkable to stadium and local restaurants. Adequate parking as well. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one down. The downstairs has its own separate bathroom which is convenient. But there is only one shower so have to plan around that. The owners were very responsive and helpful to any questions.

This house was perfect for our stay over parent’s weekend. Valerie was so kind and welcoming. The place is very clean and charming. Would definitely return for another visit!!

My husband and I spent a month in Ann Arbor, and this house exceeded anything we could have hoped for. The house itself: spacious and well appointed with everything you could need for sleeping (3 bedrooms), lounging (2 living rooms), cooking (great selection of plates, silverware, pots and pans, spices to get you started), and working from home (2 desks and the fastest internet we have experienced in months). They even had light free weights which were great for my morning workouts. If you have kids, rest assured the house is well equipped- with toys, books and more. There is also a cute little backyard and grill that is shared with the upstairs neighbor (who we rarely heard- the house is well insulated). The neighborhood: a 10 minute walk from downtown Main street, it was quiet and charming. Street parking was abundant. The neighbors (a mix of young families + couples in their 30s-60s) were friendly, and both we and the local wildlife (bunnies, birds, and squirrels) loved seeing all of the summer flowers in full bloom. Valerie was an incredible host- responding quickly when we needed anything. Can't recommend this house enough if you're looking for a home base in Ann Arbor!

Valerie is incredibly responsive, kind, and clearly cares about her home and your experience. She even dropped by with a new sponge at 11pm so we could do dishes before bed. It was just really above and beyond what anyone could hope for in a house. I honestly could not recommend her enough. Will certainly keep an eye out for this place the next time that I'm in Ann Arbor.
