We dealt with the wife, not Doshi. She was fantastic. There were a lot of issues including no propane for bbq, dishes were dirty in dishwasher, inadequate number of place settings & glassware for our group, no wine opener & more... However...the wife was extremely responsive & apologetic, had new towels delivered, & we just made the best of the situation. The setting is very peaceful & house is nice in a beautiful neighborhood. I think they are new to the Airbnb world of renting, & it is best if they put away ALL their personal items including leaving the fridge free of their food, dishwasher empty, matching drinks are ...or at least enough for the number of guests, wine glasses & wine opener, & sufficient cooking supplies (pots, pans, skillets) & written instructions on the house. We had to figure things out on our own including a smoke alarm that was going off. I want to emphasize how apologetic the wife was...& I think she was thrown into the roll. Give them a chance! Big home.
