Gregory was an excellent host, providing a tour with instructions and history of the home at check-in and responding quickly to questions. The home was comfortable and very clean. Our family enjoyed spending time together in the common spaces and walking around the neighborhood. The house was two blocks from the stadium, making it perfect for avoiding traffic and parking hassles for events there or at other athletic facilities. Highly recommend!

We've been coming to Ann Arbor for 4 years while our son was at school. This was by far the best accommodation we've had. The house is charming with so many lovely touches. The location, walkable to downtown and less than 5 minutes from the Big House in a great neighborhood is unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We have stayed in many rentals both local and abroad and this one was the nicest . Pricey but worth the money. Super clean , well furnished and nice amenities. Walk to everything including the stadium and downtown bars and restaurants. We had flight delays so arrived after midnight and had no trouble getting in with passcode for door. Would recommend this house if visiting UMich
