Hands down, the perfect surf holiday home!!

So happy with the location! My family was so happy to wake up to the sound of the surf every morning. Hugo was so responsive every time we had questions and going beyond to recommend local things that we wouldn’t have been privy to otherwise. Hope to make it back to magical Aljezur soon with a stay at Hugo’s again. Obrigado Hugo!!!!

The location is just great, just on the beach, with amazing views and a private parking. Overall I think the flat is perfect for whoever is looking for a place very close to the beach and to do surf-related or outside activities during most of the day. For those not looking into these, I think the flat needs some major maintenance. We ended up in Arrifana in a week with heavy rain and wind, which required us spending more time than expected inside. The flat was cold with air and water entering from the windows; during our first night, we had a water leak from the ceiling, which forced us to turn off the electricity as water leaked near electricity plugs. Communication was great, and the problem in the roof was fixed the next day.

Hugo’s place was an absolute highlight of our travels in Portugal. It was the PERFECT, magical spot on the beach with incredible views, great location for surfing, & very walkable for great food (we loved Cal!). 10/10 would return and would absolutely recommend!
