Beautiful location with an amazing view from the terrace. The airbnb itself is simple but functional. Hugo was nice and informative throughout. There is an approx six minutes walk down (12 mins up) to the beach via a steep walkway. Close to restaurants. BUT (!!!). Construction work is still going on literally just in front of the terrace. They worked weekdays from morning until late afternoon. At best this meant intermittent drilling etc. noises and a huuuuge crane swinging over your head. At worst this meant constant engine noise, eg when they were filling cement from a cement truck all day. The airbnb is fairly well sound isolated and the master bedroom is facing away from the construction, so sleep wasn’t affected. They were still working in the foundation, so from the looks of it, the construction will go on for some time still. The four stars given are not considering the construction, since I guess it will end at some point in which case I would not hesitate to return.

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarer Sicht von der großen Terrasse auf das Meer. Sehr großzügig und toll ausgestattet. Tolle Kommunikation mit Hugo.

We loved the location. A surfers paradise even though we’re not surfers! We would definitely go back one day. Visiting surrounding like Aljezur and Odeceixe areas was also great!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment, the terrace is amazing when it’s sunny. Hugo replied super fast, was always friendly and helped us with all the questions we had. I would totally come here again! The only little thing is there is construction right now in front of the house, it wasn’t that loud so it was okay for us.
