Possibility of cycling (MTB - road) hiking and canyoning, in all areas of Sardinia. Deep knowledge of the whole island for information and visit in archaeological areas. The property is equipped with a large garden on 4 sides, with areas of shade and relaxation. The bedroom has a bathroom with private access, office area , corridor and a large veranda with outdoor seating area. It’s a real vintage house that hasn’t changed the spaces depending on the guests, but has kept intact the construction of the owner, who designed the house for live in large bright and airy spaces.

Corrado's place is a little garden oasis. Super close to the bustling vibrant city of Cagliari but far enough to properly connect to nature. Lake and mountain are within a short walk from the house. The stunning Su Giudeu beach is a mere 40 minutes away. The old house itself has a lot of charm, mature gardens filled with lovely native plants. A nice mixture of old school charm and modern convenience. Corrado has made a super nice place that has everything you need. Corrado and his son are also super nice very friendly people. Parking, finding the location, and connecting to the Internet are good and made easy. Highly recommended. :)
Corrados Villa ist schön gelegen. Man kann am Morgen frühstücken mit Sonnenaufgang und Blick auf Cagliari und das Meer. Sehr zu empfehlen
Herzlicher Empfang von Corrado in Englisch. Wir haben uns sofort in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Die Terasse ist ideal zum relaxen und Frühstücken. Das Haus liegt in einem schönen Villenviertel mit alten Pinienwald und tollen Gärten. Von der Terasse kann man bis nach Cagliairi schauen. Der Hausberg um die Ecke bietet eine tolle Aussicht und ist unbedingt eine Besichtigung wert.
The apartment is part of a lovely villa, set in a beautiful spot up in the hills with the mountains on one side and a view of Cagliari and the sea on the other. The location provided easy access to Cagliari but also the beautiful beaches to the south. To get to the villa from Cagliari, we drove past lagoons full of flamingos. A wonderful sight. The apartment was filled with tranquility and the perfume of mandarine trees from the garden. Corrado’s love of Sardinia shows through in the furnishings and books full of history- a preservation of both family and national heritage. The very large, roofed terrace, protected from all types of weather, was a delight. Perfect for eating, or settling down comfortably with a good book, a coffee or a glass of wine. Corrado provided a very generous selection of things to eat and drink for breakfast and more. It was hard to leave and we stayed right to the last moment before the check out deadline. We regret only having time for one night.

Poggio dei Pini is a residential district with single houses with large gardens on four sides. It’s an area surrounded by green areas with Mediterranean scrub forests and lush pine forests. The village is crossed by the Rio San Gerolamo that near the pizzeria bar forms two beautiful lakes where live geese, ducks and mallards.
In the centre, in Piazza Maria Carta, there is the Pizzeria Ristorante La Terrazza and the Bar Vineria Bistrot.
