Room was clean and not bad value. Good location for a brief stop-over between flights. I would suggest not trying to walk there. Even though it is very close to the airport, the overcrowded streets make it a very slow walk, and Google Maps and Apple Maps may not take you to the right part of the street (I ended up getting a Grab as Google/Apple Maps took me to a location about a half-hour walk away)

It was my first time in Manilla solo and I felt very safe and comfortable at Riza’s place. I stayed overnight as I needed to catch a flight the next day and was the perfect place to stay! Think it only took me 8 mins to get to the airport! Will definitely be booking again next time I’m in Manilla! 😃
