Marcia was a good host who was responsive to all my needs. She was very accommodating when it came to the possibility of needing to extend my stay. The reason my experience at Marcia's was not the best is due to the "long term guests" that are also staying in the space. I had constant issues with cleanliness in the bathrooms and kitchen; constant smells from the dishes in the sink and the trash. Be mindful that this is a "shared space" so the others who stay during your time may not be as respectful to the overall cleanliness of the shared spaces, and will treat the home as if it is their own.

Todo excelente. Marcia muy amable y atenta. el lugar muy cómodo. lo único que si tienes carros debes ser paciente para encontrar parking. pero siempre se consigue. también hay uno privado allí mismo para 33 USD la noche. Muy satisfecho con la estadía.

I had a wonderful stay at Marcia's place. Marcia was always responsive and helpful, and the view from the window is pristine. The neighborhood is beautiful and was perfect for morning walks. The bxm7 bus was super convenient for getting to manhattan and overall I had a very peaceful and comfy stay.

Marcia and Yorqui were great host.. We spent great time in their apartment. The view to the river from the room was amazing, there were transportation by bus close to the building (we visited City Island, Manhattan and other places by bus and sometimes by train without any problem). There are two shopping malls with the stores and restaurants I like to visit in my country. There is a supermarket close to the building and security were all the time around all the buildings,. Is very good neighborhood. The apartment and room are cozy and their family very nice.
