My adult daughter stayed here for a rotation at a local hospital. Very convenient. Letitia was super friendly and kind. My daughter was comfortable and the amenities were everything she needed. Letitia was caring and easy to contact from the moment of booking to checkout. I, as a mom, felt great knowing she was staying with someone who was extraordinarily kind. Thank you!!!

It is a great place to stay if you are there for a couple of months and need a place to refresh between a busy schedule. The room is big to accommodate sleeping, studying and eating. Letitia and her husband were very welcoming and respected my privacy. They were understanding of my schedule as I am a medical student doing rotations with early mornings. She helped with explaining transportation and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend 💯

I needed a last-minute place to stay while conducting research at Fordham, and this is the best possible place! Very friendly, responsive, and accommodating host who goes out of her way to make the stay better than advertised. Complimentary snacks/items, cleaning service, $10 towards laundry, clean workspace, large bed, AC access, kitchen cookware, etc. Her and her husband are some of the nicest people I have met, and simultaneously those who will make sure you have privacy and feel at home. Cannot recommend enough if you need a place around Fordham/the Botans!
