This was a perfect cottage for a family stay! Everything that we needed was available, and the waterfront was beautiful, accessible and had great access to outdoor equipment and recreation. There were lots of other families too - some cottage owners who made us feel very welcome - so my niece was able to play with other kids. Thanks for a great stay!

The cottage is well maintained and very clean. The resort is great for kids with a nice beach and lots of water toys to play with. Our family with a little one (2 years) enjoyed a great week at Loretta's cottage. Loretta was very helpful answering my questions and she provided us with suggestions for day trips.

Had a fantastic time at Loretta's beautiful cottage. The setting was perfect for us as a family - there was basketball, volleyball, swimming and kayaking for our older kids, as well as a little playground for our younger child. Even went fishing from the dock and our children caught a few small fish! The view was lovely and the place was very quiet and peaceful. The cottage itself had a well-furnished kitchen with all the dishes and utensils, pots and pans you'd need. Very clean bathroom with enclosed shower and hot water in both the kitchen and bathroom. The only issue we had was in bringing our own linens and pillows (rules due to Covid precautions). For a family of 5 that took up a lot of space in our vehicle! So just keep that in mind in your planning. Otherwise, everything was amazing and Loretta was a great host. Very quick with communication. Our entire family loved it and didn't want to leave! Would definitely go back.

A very cozy, comfortable, quiet cottage for 2 couples to share for winter snowmobiling. The gas fireplace was great at keeping everything toasty warm. The OFSC trails are right across the road and easy to access. We tried some ice fishing on the lake but only lost our minnows without catching anything, but Lake Joseph is close by at the end of the trail. Great communication with the host. We really enjoyed our stay!
