Banyan camp has been such a beautiful time for us. There is something truly MAGICAL about this space and you can feel it the moment you arrive. My husband and I stayed in the Mercedes Lodge and really enjoyed it. The view of the water right when you wake up can’t help but put a smile on your face. It also offers some seating so we were able to play some cards on our porch while watching the sunset. In the afternoons we got to hear some of the monkeys playing on our roof (sliding down the roof and jumping into the trees). It was very entertaining to watch these silly guys. At night they left us alone and all you could hear were the birds, and insects soothing you to sleep. Like I said, this place is magical. Overall 10/10 time at Banyan Camp! Keep in mind that you’re in nature so there are frogs, insects, monkeys and other creatures. So if you aren’t a big camping/nature person it may not be your jam.

This is a real gem and we wish we had stayed longer than our two days. Yas was a fantastic host and very generous with his time, showing us the best nature spots and organising everything. Loved the accommodation with our two boys that loved it too (10 & 12). The communal aspect for eating was really nice and not too much. First night dinner was really special but I won’t give the game away. If you want an amazing experience like no other with monkeys, fireflies, monitor lizards, tropical birds, elephants, stars and an experience that is worth every penny and way more, then this is for you. Do the river swim trip too, fantastic. Probably my favourite ever stay, will be back for longer. Stay in Mercedes lodge it’s awesome! Thank you Banyan Camp 🙏🙏

Truly incredible place to stay! The surroundings are surreal and the whole atmosphere is very relaxed. Everything ran very smoothly, the activities were impressive and the food was excellent. Would highly recommend!
