The house was as described and in a beautiful peaceful location. The town of Wiscasset is very close and easy to get to. We were not able to stay the first night due to Hurricane Lee and Beth refunded our first night without being asked. There were nine of us and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I have always enjoyed old homes. As I grew up in one. This home offered a great view, character, peaceful, easy to get into Wiscasset. We truly enjoyed our visit. Roomy! Loved the dead end street.

Location...location...location!!!!! Beth & Jack were great Airbnb hosts...always there when ever we had a question or needed a recommendation. This was our second time staying at their place & it won't be the last.

When you pull up to this home on a quiet street, the view absolutely captivates! With a massive front porch and dock to enjoy it from, we spent many mornings and evenings hanging out there. The home is well decorated and comfortable with more views from every room. It is so quiet and private, we all slept well and enjoyed looking at stars at night. It was a comfortable drive to visit oyster farms, lobster shacks and other sites not to be missed on a trip to Maine, as well as many fantastic nature preserves to hike in. The area has tons of opportunity to sample local delicacies, find unique locally made crafts and foods. Lobster boats inspected their traps in the bay every morning and seals entertained us off the dock.

We loved our time spent at the Moses Davis house. We especially loved the cleanliness and character of the house. It was quiet and peaceful. The dock was great. We enjoyed watching seals from the dock in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!
