Treated my elderly mother to two nights at Kim and Eric’s beachfront bungalow and it was a really wonderful stay. Absolutely beautiful views, spotless well appointed space, comfortable beds and soft cotton linens. Cleaning fee of $200 felt a bit high given that we were asked to start a load of laundry before check out, but we would stay here again for a special occasion. It was beautiful.

Among the many treasures of the Pacific Northwest, the Manzanita coastline in Oregon holds a special place in my heart. I visit many times throughout the year, and upon stepping into the Beachfront Caretakers Bungalow in Neahkahnie, it felt as though I had found a second home. The warmth of the large wood-burning fireplace, the convenience of the well-stocked kitchen, and the coziness of the bedrooms all contributed to an instant sense of comfort. My dog and I spent much of our time on the beach, enjoying some rare April sunshine, but always looked forward to returning to the cottage for a quiet evening in. Kim & Eric have truly curated a cozy space, and I can't wait to return.

Great location. Amazing view, and close to everything. Clean place without a lot of clutter. Comfortable bed.

We had a sister getaway and the space was perfect for us! Very cozy with everything we needed. Loved being so close to the beach and of course the nonstop ocean view!
