First and foremost Cathy was super nice and welcoming. But upon entry the house has a strong old people smell if you know what I mean. Grandmas house kinda def weird smell but you get use to it. The house is def older and pics are a little dated but they aren't really misleading. One of my issues was cleanliness it wasn't filthy but you can tell it hasn't had a full clean in quite sometime. Cobb webs everywhere and corners were dirty. Bed sheets had an odd smell to them and we all had to wash the sheets before sleeping. Not saying they weren't clean but they def had a smell. Another issue I had was I booked the house twice within a couple days and got charged cleaning fee again but when I returned only thing that was cleaned was the kitchen and towels were washed. Beds weren't made or washed bathroom just how I left it. Which is fine but why am I paying a cleaning fee when no cleaning is done. House needs a professional cleaning crew for the price we paid. Had a drain back up into shower and tub which she took care of that day and got it fixed but the shower only got rinsed out not cleaned and tub still had the filth from the backup still in the tub. I'm sorry but that's something that should have been cleaned especially for the price we paid for cleaning. I want to be clear house wasn't disgusting cause I wouldn't have stayed but just needs to be cleaned by a professional cleaning company. There was cooked food left in oven from earlier guest or home owner just kinda shows how thorough the cleaning of the house is. To me is not up to airbnb standards and needs some improvements. I travel for work and rent Airbnb weekly and this was by far the worst I've stayed in. But wasn't bad enough for me to get my money back and get a hotel. Hope future guest have a much better experience in the future.

Cathy was very kind and helpfull, she helped us with advice and house has all you need to be in for longer period. Thank you Cathy! If we are going to be next time in Carollton for sure we will rent her house again
