Excellent home to rent while in town on business. Great location, central to it all and very well appointed with chargers and a printer and work area. I would highly recommend staying here!!

We really enjoyed the coziness of our space. The amenities were great. Randall was extremely helpful, offering local info and suggestions for local eateries. We ate at both the Irish Bred Pub and The Brown Dog Eatery, and would highly reccommend. Our rental was just steps from our Granddaughter's wedding venue, couldn't have asked for anything more convienent! We grilled out one night, the deck with grill was wonderful for entertaining! We will definitely check for availability the next time we're in Carrollton to visit family.

Randall's bungalow was exactly what I needed for a brief stay in Carrollton. As I frequently have to stay away from home, I enjoy having a place that has a full kitchen so that I can cook meals & avoid eating out. The unit is very small, but it was all that I needed! It comes equipped with a well stocked kitchen, and even has a washer & dryer if you needed to wash clothes. The bathroom is nice, I liked that it had toiletries provided in case you forgot yours. Randall is VERY responsive & helpful, and will address any issue that may arise. The only con was the bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. I typically bring my pillow with me so I can enjoy some comforts of home while I'm away, but unfortunately forgot this trip. The pillows offered were thin & flimsy, & left me wishing I remembered mine. Additionally, the bedroom window does not have any curtains & this allows anyone to see into the room. I think this should be remedied to allow for privacy when dressing/showering.

This place is very nice. It looks exactly like the photos. It is, in fact, cute. One large open "combo room" with living space, a work area, kitchen and laundry. That opened to the bedroom and bathroom. I had work to do when I arrived, and there were plenty of plugs, a printer, and cords for all of my devices. I always check the internet speed when I use new WiFi, and this place clocked in at 320 Mbps down and just shy of 30 Mbps up. More than enough for surfing or video calls. The place is also very convenient to downtown. I took my car, and it took 3 minutes door-to-door. You could walk in in ten minutes or bike it in five. Plenty of great shops and restaurants in the downtown area. All of this for roughly the same price as the Marriott downtown or the Hampton Inn across town. I look forward to coming back.
