This our third time staying at one of Chad’s properties. He’s is always a helpful host. His properties have amazing views. And they are so peaceful. I highly recommend any of Chad’s properties.

We had a wonderful stay. We had two families (Mom, dad, 15 month old baby for one. Mom, Dad, two kids age 4 and 6 for the other.) and it was a great amount of space. There wasn’t clutter or anything the baby could get into, so he had a blast wandering and playing. There were all the kitchen supplies we needed to make a big breakfast every morning, steaks, pizza, burgers. We saw lots of wildlife - the wild horses were down by the lake almost every evening. The patios are nice and serene. It’s literally 5 minutes or less from Winter Park, and just about 20 minutes to Ski Apache. Overall we had a blast and it was the perfect location. Chad is VERY good at communication and responded quickly and kindly each time I had a question.

We had a wonderful time staying at Chad’s place. He had great instructions and always responded quickly. We had everything we needed. His home was clean. The location was excellent. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints!

Everything good except grill did not work, Tv streaming system was not great, but definitely I would stay here again.
