Ein unbeschreiblich schöner Ort! Privater Strand, großer Garten, einfach sehr sehr schön

Die Lage ist Traumhaft, vor allem der private Strandzugang. Jedoch ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Polster auf den Terrassen müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden. Hier sind sehr viele Flecken drauf. Dennoch kann man die Unterkunft alleine wegen Ihrer Lage und dem Gastgeber Avital empfehlen. Avital ist immer zu erreichen und gibt tolle Infos rund um die Gegend.

Avital’s place worked really well for our group of 12, comprising 3 families. The property is spacious, peaceful and beautiful - just like the photos. Of course the private swimming platform - with an easy swim to the best beach in the area - was the highlight and very well used! We also did a few yoga sessions in the yoga studio and the garden has some very relaxing spots. We found the whole property to be very well stocked, with all the basics in the bathrooms and everything we needed for cooking, including sharp knives and lots of herbs and condiments and other ingredients. The beds were comfortable, the showers were good and the local tavernas were excellent. Finally, although we didn’t meet, Avital was a very attentive host - proactively checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and providing excellent local knowledge on where to eat and what to see and do. This is a great option! Thanks again Avital.

We were staying in Avital’s place in our family vacation, my parents, my two brothers with there partners and my 3 years old nephew. The place fills like home! Nothing too fancy but was exactly what we were looking for. 5 beautiful separate units, big common place and the private beach is priceless! The workshop room was also nice addition and we booked a great masseuse under Avital recommendation. Avital was super helpful and nice and sent us great recommendations for everything! Thank you! We will definitely recommend it for our friends and families:)

Ferma is quiet and that’s exactly what we needed. We stayed for 7 days. A RESET. It’s absolutely beautiful !! There’s a coffee shop and grocery store all in walking distance. Thea Taverna is a hidden gem, 5 minutes away with great food and view! The compound is safe and once again the view and amenities are endless. Didn’t use the Sauna, we had Cretan sunshine galore and cool evenings and mornings. The yoga studio, what !!! So much space in here, my eight yr old niece was booking classes. The compound has so much room!!! It’s so lush; vegetable gardens and of course the Olive Trees everywhere, providing shade and a glimpse of what Crete is famous for. The stairway to the water is an experience in itself. The large covered and open air patio is spacious. Bring your water shoes or support local; buy at the local grocery store. We swam to the cave and walked the beach. This place is rustic & peaceful. Thank you Avital. Thank you Nikos & wife. Can’t wait to return!
