Lemonia (Lemon tree) is a traditional villa with thick stone walls, two outdoor patios (one shaded with a large lemon tree, the other sunny), a happy long history, and authentic, hand-made decorations. It has a private driving entrance, two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a third large bedroom with 3 single beds, one of which is for special needs. There is also a chair bed that can sleep a 4th child. Built in 1935, it has been fully renovated. The whole villa is ground level and handicapped accessible. Pefka (pine tree) is newly-constructed and modern. It is situated next to tall pecan trees and across a huge pine tree that provide ample shadow during the hot summer days. It features 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms situated in the quiet part of the villa facing the gardens away from the pool, a pool-facing third bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a fully walled, private loft with double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as two living rooms with chair and sofa beds able to sleep more. First and second floors have sea views. Arokaria is a stylish cottage with a loft that has 2 bedrooms with double beds.
