The house is very cozy, very well kept. The cleanliness is impeccable. The location is strategic, every service is within reach. Marilena was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Marilenas place. It’s a very quiet and beautiful areas, but still grocery shopping and small cafes are in walking distance. The train station is also only 2 min away, if you want to explore more. The house is in very nice condition, seems newly renovated, kitchen and bathroom are superb, there’s everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable and Marilena supplied towels and bedding and even had the fridge stocked up for us. We had a rental car, that we were given a private parking spot for. Marilena is such a nice person and she was very helpful with everything, including recommendations and directions etc. Contact was easy and her English is excellent. We highly recommend Marilenas place in Poggio Renatico. All in all a positive experience.

Marilena is very friendly owner, ver polite, dynamic for any demands. The apartment is located in small village, plenty of space, stylish setups, private parking place, near Bologna. You could also find tasty Pizza restaurant. We enjoyed good days there. Highly recommended!

Todo genial. Los electrodomésticos de la casa eran de muy buena calidad. La cama muy cómoda. El baño, limpio, amplio, nuevo. Un gusto. Me sentía como en casa.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Poggio Renatico ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Frerrara, Bologna, in die Berge oder ans Meer. Der Bahnhof ist sehr nah aber man hört die Züge nicht.
