The house has 2 bedrooms and a lovely terrace with plenty of room for late night dinners or breakfast (too hot at lunch time). The bathroom has a tub which is nice. Because of the low position of the apartment inside the greater structure it remains very very cool in even very high temperatures which is a very big plus in the summer because air condition is not necessary. I had to take the bus to Rome one time but learned that I couldn't trust the schedule and ended up waiting 2 hours under the sun - so better to make other arrangements if you need to go somewhere and want to be sure to arrive on time. Vittorio the host is very nice and helpful; he gave me a ride to the train station one morning and let my children pick abricots from his garden tree.

Casetta davvero carina e funzionale, comoda per raggiungere Roma in poco tempo. Immersa nel verde e tranquillità ha tutto quello che si ha bisogno per sentirsi a casa!

Beautiful home and perfect to stay just outside of Rome but close enough to visit. Giulia was kind and helpful, even with a bit of confusion from our side on check in. The dogs at the home are also quite lovely and sweet although there is sometimes barking over the evening from dogs next door. Otherwise a great stay....would definitely recommend. Thanks!

If you travel by car, this flat could be a good start point to visit Rome. The apartment is situated in a countryside house. There are dogs in the garden. We did not meet Giulia, but she organised our check-in and check-out correctly.
