We enjoyed our stay in Paul and Candice's lovely cottage. The cottage is nicely decorated and equipped with everything that we needed and the bed is very comfy. They have a beautiful yard with lots of flowers and foliage to enjoy either from inside the cottage or in one of the swings or chairs outside. The location is great with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Paul and Candice are great communicators and their instructions are excellent. They were responsive to our inquiries both before renting and after. We loved staying there and when we go back to area we would love to book with them again.
Paul and Candice have the most fantastic spot! Less than 2 mins WALK to larchmont village and so many great restaurants and shops. The backyard is such a peaceful place we had fun getting wine and larchmont wine and cheese and swinging in the sun. Would ABSOLUTELY come back. Thank you so much!
Nice clean quiet spot yet 1 block from Larchmont Village..shops, restaurants…
Loved the neighborhood and the hosts were great. The place was clean and quiet. The only drawback is it was smaller than we expected and not quite the size we like for the two of us. That is probably on us in terms of our expectations and the difficulty of virtually assessing size of a space. Aside from that it was lovely!
My elderly parents were very comfortable staying in this unit while visiting me in LA. The location can’t be beat — one block from Larchmont Village, one of the prettiest and friendliest parts of LA.

We absolutely love our city, especially food, drinks and culture. Been traveling and hosting on Airbnb for many years now and absolutely love it.
