PLEASE do not rent this place..My WORST Airbnb EVER & this coming from someone whose rented 100s of them.The road to the house is horrible which made alot Bolt drive decline coming or charge you more$$She has a rooster that never shuts up,which I think should definitely be stated in the write up about the house,you will not get no sleep..Wifi never worked after informing her she still never resolved the problem.Door lock is the hardest to lock the door key will eventually break..The thing about this place she advertised 3br place for rent,I mistakenly left it at 2 people when booking showed up with my aunt &mother and she informed me I have to pay more because it's 3 of us, mind you I rented the whole 3bed place in which I was told I can't use the third bed because I only put 2 people which I never heard in any of my Airbnb experiences ..We went back and forth about her bad description that never explained on Airbnb.Next day showed up with her husband 😤🤛🏽 no more space to finish🏃

I would stay again. As an expat that lives in country, I feel we have a good handle on things folks might look for. Bathrooms: there are two, and the master is relatively nice. However, it should be noted the hot water in it does not work (did not try the other bathroom for hot water). Of greater concern, the instant heater in the master bath needs to be rewired. Not only does it not heat the water, I believe it is connected to the faucet knobs. This resulted in my husband feeling a surge of electricity when he touched the knobs while in the water. This method of heating water has the nickname “the widow maker,” and with this malfunction, it is clear why. We immediately turned the electricity off, as it wasn’t heating the water anyways. Based on previous reviews that said hot water wasn’t working, I suspect that it has been a problem for some time, but I’m not certain I would even try the hot water if I stayed again. Safe Location: the house is located near other expat occupied houses, and appears to be a relatively safe area. She does have night security and a gardener during the day to keep you and your family and belongings safe. There is also a nice wall/ gate around the property. Mosquito Nets: only the master bed has a mosquito net. It was a hot time of year, though, and we did not experience many mosquitos. Kitchen: was well appointed with all supplies and small appliances a westerner would want. She provided tea, bread, and enough eggs for the first day of our stay. Cable/ Internet: cable was supplied (nice extra; we don’t have at home), but internet was only offered for first day, and we were told after that, we would need to pay (the things supplied day 1, but not subsequent days do not make sense to a western mindset, as we paid the same rate for each day and a significant amount extra for each extra person already). Internet provided was not a quality that allowed us to do what we needed, anyways. Finding the air bnb: Directions were never sent, and it’s not easy to find, but she sent a motorcycle driver to lead us. It is located off a rough side road and there is a significant bump when entering through the gate that always scraped our car. We provided her with the GPS pin to provide for future guests, but I did have a concern that if this takes you a different route than we learned, many vehicles would not be able to get through. There are railroad tracks nearby and it is super rough terrain from the other direction. Just be prepared for this obstacle to getting there the first time. Happy greeted us and got us situated, but did not bother us during the stay. We had the house to ourselves.

Happy is very warm and caring person. The place is so clean, very quiet and private. It’s nearby to the CBD and has a touch of comfort that you only get in your own home. The kitchen is equipped (with food), bedrooms are beautiful and clean and the sitting area is comfortable. You can never wish for home away from home.

Happy's place is lovely and beautiful. The kitchen was fully functional and she left eggs and Bread for our breakfast. However the location on Airbnb isn't accurate as the place is further than stated on the maps.
