Lovely to stay in a Airbnb with a generational story. We could feel that the house has been well loved and has been respectfully and tastefully renovated. Only 11 homes within Ruffins Bay and we mostly had the bay to ourselves. We really liked the welcome treats, kayaks, hike to the lookout (a bit overgrown), full kitchen and laundry, games & books and that INCREDIBLE view. Oh WOW! Only 6min drive from Coromandel township. The house is on tank water (rain water) so have to be mindful of water use. A truly beautiful location in a beautiful region.

We loved staying at Paul and Emily’s. We had a great time, even though the weather wasn’t great. We still managed to launch the boat and catch a few fish. Was a great space for the rainy days with two lounges for our extended family and a big enough dining room table to have a puzzle on the go. Emily was very responsive and checked in on us in the stormy weather. We have already looked at the calendar to book again!

The location is absolutely amazing, completely exceeded our expectations. The house is very comfortable, well stocked and with lots of space for our family of 5. The kids loved the kayaks, fishing from the pier and playing outside, so quiet and beautiful. Great place to relax, stayed for two nights, but wished we could have stayed longer!

What a stunning location. and lovely property. Peaceful and stunningly scenic. Very comfortable cottage with good amenities. Some people may be concerned about the water conservation, but we were fine with it. Absolutely adored our stay here, kayaked, fished from the jetty and managed a dip or two. Enjoyed The Pepper Tree for food in Coromandel twice, great food! Will certainly revisit next time we're in the area. Thanks for a brilliant stay!
