We stayed here as we wanted somewhere near enough to Nice but in a quieter part of town. Baard was very flexible from when we booked it, allowing us to drop our bags in to the villa early so we could go into Nice for the Rugby World Cup game the same day. Baard also responds very quickly and is very helpful. Great villa which is very much as described. We hadn’t planned on spending more originally but we were glad we did - for the pool, the terrace and view and a generally very well appointed house in a lovely area. Would gladly come back!

A lovely house in a great location. A perfect location to explore from, peaceful and pretty. Baard was a great communicative host. The house was very clean and well appointed. We would certainly stay again and highly recommend.

This is a wonderful villa – elegant, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. It is located on a private, quiet street, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Anything we needed was steps away! We thoroughly enjoyed the superb outdoor space which includes a large top floor terrace with views of Cap Ferrat / the Mediterranean as well as a ground floor pool with garden. We had many memorable dinners on the terrace! The kitchen is very well-equipped and the bedrooms cozy and comfortable. The host is very friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning to Baard’s villa again!

Baard is an amazing host! We had a dozen of beautiful roses on the kitchen table as a welcoming present. The villa was perfectly located in the heart of Beaulieu-sur-Mer. A few minutes walk from anything you might need. It’s a spacious place for a large family or 2 small ones. The house is fully equipped and was spotless. The ocean view from the balcony lounge area was magnificent all day and all night. It was perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing. The pool area was beautiful. Everything was simply perfect and we highly recommend renting this villa.
