24 hrs before travel we were told parking was no longer free, we need to pay, by this time we had little chance of finding alternative accommodation and would have lost our money. We were sent a guidebook which had conflicting info to the instructions from the host about collecting the keys, parking info, check out info, practically everything. The apartment was clean but the heater in the main room wasn't working, not ideal in Dec/Jan, we immediately let the host know but didn't get a response until the next day. The host was aware the heater wasn't working but hadn't put a temporary heater in place. What we were hoping for was a relaxing few days but because of the constant confusing messages between the host and the guidebook the few days were very stressful. We have stayed in many Airbnb's and have always been really satisfied but not this one therefore I would not recommend this property, very disappointing unfortunately.

Lovely, clean and cosy apartment; and excellent location for exploring both Shipley and saltaire. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment is in a perfect place in between Shipley and Saltaire. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need.
