Suzanne was there to meet us on arrival & went through where everywhere was & how it all worked. Suzanne has been super helpful with all sorts & on hand whenever we have needed anything. This place is super cosy, amazing views & peaceful. The home itself has everything you need & a lovely sun room to enjoy a cuppa while looking across the garden. There is a lovely decked area to enjoy the afternoon sun & a roll out washing line (I love this) We have enjoyed evenings around the firepit too looking across the field behind. We have been out exploring the west end of the island with its quiet roads & amazing scenery but also not far from all the local ameneties in Summerside where you can find all you need from shops, restaurants, pharmacies. I highly recommend PEI Roti & Brothers 2 for food!

The home was rustic. Was much further than 10 kms from Summerside as advertised. There were lots of dishes and cutlery for large families. Beautiful patio but unfortunately there was no patio furniture to enjoy it. Fire pit has potential but again no furniture so you can enjoy. The dryer didn’t work properly and needs to be replaced.

The house has the character of well maintained and nicely remodeled farmhouse. The country kitchen is well equipped for cooking and serving a nice sized group of people. The house sets back from the road and offers a great view from an outside deck over hay fields to Malpeque Bay. An enclosed sitting porch offers a comfortable space for relaxing and conversation. Suzanne was exceptionally accessible and communicative. She responded almost immediately to any question or concern. Upon hearing that one of our party had come down with a cold, she stopped by with a package containing her guaranteed cure. (It seemed to work!)

Suzanne runs a charming, well-appointed rustic country house for guests interested in exploring the western reaches of PEI. We had a great time.

Assurez-vous que les photos aient été mises à jour que le problème de perce-oreille soit réglé. Mme Suzanne est venue à quelques reprise pendant le séjour... Il faut savoir que la maison n’est pas à proximité des attractions ou des services de proximité (épicerie, etc.). Mais une fois sur place, la maison (intérieure et extérieure) offre un potentiel.
