I really enjoyed this place and found it to be cool enough for mid-May with just the fans on, no need for AC/cooling. My favourite piece was the recycling they had on site (inside laundry), which didn't know about until mid way our stay - so thinking that should be mentioned that they recycle! Don't toss your plastic or cans into trash. I loved the pool area, loved the garden feel with the exterior plants, the bedroom was big and lovely bathroom with great hot water. There's even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand first. Really great find! Super happy with the experience and appreciate how friendly and helpful Jamie and his helpers Tony and the others are. Thank you for making my first trip to Sayulita memorable! M

Jamie’s place in Sayulita was perfect for me and my friend! His local host, Tony, was super responsive in What’s App and easy to communicate with when we needed anything at all, and he got on it asap. Very grateful for that! The unit was adorable, clean, comfortable. I loved the shower, and especially the outdoor shower! The pool was perfect and we often jumped in frequently throughout the day. Even though the pool was shared with the other units, we rarely saw anyone. Bed was super comfy, and the AC was great for nighttime. Otherwise it stayed cool through the day with fans and being in the shade. Walkable to everything in town! But know that you’ll get a little workout walking back up that cobble stone hill! Also super nice how close we were to the trail to Playa de Los Muertos!

Great stay for a couple nights in Sayulita. Location is much quieter than other parts of the town, even with occasional construction noise (which should be expected by guests at any stay as Sayulita develops for tourism). Lots of privacy while till feeling open; great pool area; close to many great dining options.

Jamie and crew were very responsive to some special requests we had; we felt very well cared for. The location is awesome. There was a lot of thoughtful information shared to help make our stay enjoyable and it was. Thank you Jamie, Tony, Maria and everyone else on the team that we haven't engaged with.
