Muy lindo el alojamiento, quizás estaría bien que tuvieran un poco más de limpieza, en cuanto a las sábanas parece que tienen ya mucho tiempo y no lucen tan higiénicas, además de que en el cuarto de arriba la puerta está deteriorada y el frío pasa por los orificios, tuvimos que poner una sábana para que no pasara lo frío de la madrugada, solo eso, espero que lo arreglen para que no haya tema con huéspedes posteriores. Pero en si el lugar es lindo, tiene aire acondicionado lo cual es muy valioso, y tiene una excelente ubicación, cuenta con internet y además me hicieron recomendaciones muy buenas sobre lugares a visitar así que 10/10 . 🙌🏻

A little slice of Heaven. far enough from the Center that it's completely quiet and not up a steep hill. easy parking and a beautiful place to relax. Loved staying there wish we could have stayed longer. There was an issue with Water in Sayulita town but there was always someone moving heaven and earth trying to get the issues fixed as Soon as possible! I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you.

Airbnb was easy to get to, turning the keys in the locks was a little tricky for us - you gotta keep playing with it, but eventually you get the hang of it. When we got there, there was a miscommunication about booking a private driver, but the property manager Isaias was very responsive and was able to get us timely assistance. When we got there, there were a few things that needed to be addressed, but again, Isaias was absolutely incredible at getting us squared away! FYI: - There is a tiny indoor living room, and the outdoor covered patio is like the main living room. We had amazing weather during the evening, so it was totally a vibe and we loved it! The bistro lights and clay sconces were the cutest touches to our late night ambiance. - The 3rd bedroom is upstairs and accessible from outside only, but it's charming! Airbnb is on the path to Playa de Carracitos. We watched the sunset there, and it was easy to come back, change our clothes, and then head into town for dinner!

The place was GORGEOUS! the pictures don't do it justice. it's a mini jungle. it had lots of towels and all the amenities we might have forgotten to bring. would love to come back again!

Julia and her team were very friendly, responsive hosts. They also did their best to be helpful and accommodating. The place itself was dirtier and in worse condition than the photos described it. There were plumbing and maintenance issues: broken shower head, burned out light bulbs, clogged sink, broken sink pipes. The kitchen had no basics like salt, cleaning supplies of any kind or paper towels which I wish I had known because I did ask in advance and would have picked up many more items had I known. The suite was also unclean. Dust and cooking grease in the glassware, and just a general feeling of uncleanliness from the bath mat to the floors. That being said, they were extremely kind and prompt with everything I needed and went above and beyond to offer help when my kids got sick. Julia even refunded me some money for the inconvenience. I also feel like now that she knows the problems (she doesn't live onsite), things might be rectified for future guests.
