This home provides a spectacular wall to wall, floor to ceiling view of the water, visible even upon waking in the big and very comfortable bed. It opens to a large private terrace. The furnishings of the apartment are very comfortable and we found all the amenities we needed. Also appreciated is the clean drinking water system provided. We also enjoyed going downstairs to swim and sit by the pool. It was fun driving the golf cart, rented from the owner, down the hill into town which takes 5 minutes max. Nice to be above it all away from the hustle and bustle but be able to access it in your golf cart whenever you wish. We would happily stay there again.

Breathtaking views. Pictures don’t do it justice. Sunsets were AMAZING! Chelsea’s place looks so great on the post I didn’t think it would be possible for it to be better than advertised… BUT IT WAS!! Wonderful host, couldn’t ask for more friendly and professional communication. Response time very fast. The place itself was just perfect. Thank you so much Chelsea, I just hope we can come back again before too long. -Zach & Irene

We really enjoyed staying here! The deck and small heated pool overlooking Sayulita was the highlight of our stay. Chelsea was very accommodating by booking us a ride to/from the airport and helping us rent a golf cart during our stay.

It was gorgeous! we rented a golf cart and it was very useful! Would not have been able to do that walk daily! And I’m a fit 36 yo! The big pool and personal pool was warm and amazing!

Chelsea’s home was just gorgeous. The interior design was beautiful, thoughtful and cohesive; it was clean and well-appointed; the location was close enough to town that it was walkable, yet far enough that it was quiet at night; and the views were unparalleled. We watched sunset from our balcony every night, usually from the jacuzzi- which felt so luxurious. On our last day I woke up early just so I could spend more waking hours in this beautiful space. Chelsea was friendly, helpful and responsive with any questions! Thank you Chelsea 😊
