this place was perfect. each bedroom was large and had its own bathroom. we loved the pool area and with 8 of us staying there we could all stretch out and have plenty of space. the views were beautiful and we liked being up on the hill and out of town a bit. we would absolutely return.

Amazing how and great communication! The house is very high up a hill, so definitely recommend renting golf carts (hosts can help with that) as it is not close (by Sayulita standards, 15 min walking) to town or the beach. Great views, deck, pool and amenities. Overall a great stay, just know the beach or town is a bit far so a cart or taking the right steps (buying groceries before, etc) is great. Gets cleaned every day, super nice staff.

Our group of 6 adults had a fantastic time at Grants place. The place was spacious and beautiful, pictures did not do it justice. Our 3 couples enjoyed the privacy of the house layout. We found the neighbourhood to be very quiet and peaceful. Breathtaking views was the highlight! We really appreciated all the essentials the house was stocked with from beach chairs to cooking spices and sauces. A lot of small details you don’t always find. Grant was so accommodating when the airline changed our flights so we were so appreciative. We took advantage of the airport pick up service so finding the place was no issue but on our own could have been a little tricky. Golf cart rental strongly recommended for your stay! Thank you Grant and Melissa for a great vacation.

Of the best views in SAYULITA, the villa is perfect to go with your family or friends. Perfect to be on the terrace watching the sunset. The only detail is that to get to the villa it is difficult to go up on your own, more if you come with adult people. However, it is equipped with everything you need and Grant is always on the lookout.
