This place was a gem. If you’re looking to be away from the town and have a retreat, this is the place. The beach club was amazing and Rafael was fantastic in helping us arrange any transport needed to and from Sayulita plaza. I loved waking up to the sunrise and birds. You definitely feel like you’re in the jungle, but have all the modern amenities you’d want. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing spot for a romantic and super chill experience surrounded by beauty. Def rent a golf cart. Aldo, Rafael Sanchez was an amazing host.

My fiance and I were extremely disappointed - our stay was marked by unresolved issues that impacted our entire experience. The shower overflowed, causing water to seep into the bedroom, and despite reporting this, it remained unfixed after asking twice! Additionally, a broken sliding door (also reported) ruined our comfort by letting cockroaches in. We had high hopes for this property, especially as a couple checking out wedding venues, but the lack of response and resolution to our problems was seriously disappointing. The location had potential (for the price point...it better), the oversight in addressing guest safety and satisfaction was concerning. Future guests should be aware as it was apparent that guests aren't much of a priority.

We are not much of pro vs. con listers but feel there is much good about this AB&B but also a few things travelers should be aware of before booking. First, this was a beautiful location w/ stunning views. The room, bed was comfortable and everything we needed. The beach club a huge plus for pool time, drinks and snacks. Excellent staff. This location is a solid 30 minute walk to town, with steep uphill return. Be aware you will need a golf cart even if you do not have physical limitations. They do not post the exact address so getting there by Uber is difficult. FYI the private pool is only accessible by steep stairs with no restroom Our concierge Rafael was kind but often slow to respond. Our coffee maker did not work and needed replacement and the shower did not drain well, flooding the room daily. We reported but did not get it fixed. For the money we paid, we feel there could have been better service and more transparent communication / description of the rental.
