Wonderful stay, beautiful house and Jamie left clear instructions and recommendations! Very close to the town and the beach…. Our children loved being opposite their uncles house! We will definitely book again if you’ll have us! Thank you so much Amie&Ben

Great location and lots of space in the house. Ample parking for 2 cars. Easy walk into town. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped and does need some tlc. Hand towels in every bathroom would’ve been handy too.

Large 3 double bedroom detached house in quiet cul- de-sac,short walk into town and 10 to 15 mins walk to summerleaze beach. In need of a bit of updating, cooker hood taped up and unusable, front door very difficult to lock when leaving, had to pull handle up very hard whilst trying to turn key which was very stiff, my wife was unable to lock it. Garden untidy and grass very long, not pleasant to sit out. Could not find anyway to hang washing out. House was clean and plenty of room with nice conservatory just a few things as mentioned letting down the overall experience

Easy to find and central to all the beaches and shops. Visit Bude many times and this was a lovely stay in a lovely home. spacious lounge and clean kitchen. Would recommend a stay here in beautiful Bude.

This was a really nice place to stay. The house is bright with lots of space, and there are several different spaces within the house for relaxing at different times of the day (lounge, kitchen/diner, conservatory). That worked well for our family with four children but would also be great place for 6 adults. There's plenty of space/storage, and two bathrooms/three toilets. It's close to the town in a quiet close, and easy walking distance to Summerleaze. Jamie was very quick to respond to a few questions we had on arrival and was always friendly. We'd definitely like to come back (and do actually plan to later in the year). Would definitely recommend
