Inside, relax on the oversized sofas that fuse both style and comfort and watch your favourite binge series on the 55” smart OLED TV. Slide open the triple full height windows in the summer to hear the sound of the sea and the surf and during the winter underfloor heating throughout will keep you warm and cosy. The dining area has seating for 8 so you’ll never be short of space for your visiting friends and family. For those needing to work during their holiday we have super fast wifi and dedicated work space with a desk where you can still take in the sea views. The luxury bespoke fitted kitchen has a range of appliances from Siemens and Neff and includes a microwave, oven, large fridge freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and Quooker tap. A separate utility room is home to a washing machine and tumble dryer. Our apartment has two bedrooms, each with superking beds (bedroom 2 can be made into a twin room on request) smart TVs, Juliet balconies and en-suites with contemporary Villeroy & Boch fittings. Outside, there is a private storage unit where surfboards, paddle boards, bikes or golfing gear can be kept safely. There’s an outdoor cold water shower and rinse area for washing the sand off after a busy day at the beach and a wetsuit drying area.
