Lovely stay at Emma’s beautiful place. We settled in straight away. We were not far from Bude and local beaches and although the weather wasn’t perfect we had a lovely place to stay and a wonderful holiday. Thanks Emma xx

Loved our stay, beautiful place for walks, Preston gate arms a short walk away was lovely and crooklets is close to be able to walk, although too far if you're taking body boards etc. brilliant for driving to bude as miss the busy traffic side and can get parked at crooklets and either walk to summerleaze or stay put. Everything was fabulous. Kitchen supplies, blankets, loved sitting in the morning sun with a coffee on the decking. Totally great time!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house was comfortable and well maintained and Bude is a great town to be near by with good beaches, a supermarket and several good places to eat - if you want to treat yourself try potter's it was fantastic. The garden is a good size and there's a trampoline and swing for smaller children. You'll need a car to get around with both town and beaches a drive rather than a walk. The house sleeps six but we found the living areas more suited to four with the size and seating of the dining table and lounge etc. Overall a great stay and we happily book again Diolch

Had an excellent stay at Emma’s comfortable, clean and welcoming. A great location for the nearby beaches and north cornwall/devon coast
