Amanda’s house was beautiful in a lovely quiet location. Everything was spotless and plentiful from pots and pans to cutlery. The milk in the fridge and the box of biscuits was a lovely touch as well as the fresh flowers and little welcome card. The location is perfect for exploring Yorkshire and the coast. Would really love to stay again. Thank you Amanda for being a lovely host.

Lovely stay at Amanda’s Cottage. The cottage is spacious and clean, great to have 3 bathroom options for the family, lovely enclosed garden for the dog and loads of space in the Kitchen. Really close to town (3mins walk max) and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house, with a fabulous garden in a superb location for exploring Helmsleys plentiful bars, restaurants and shops. Suited our family perfectly

Great spot so central to Helmsley but super quiet and private. Lovely house with modern fixtures, lots of space and lovely private garden. We had a great stay. Twin room perfect for children but quiet small for adults. Great to have all bedrooms en suite. Amanda was a great host and always responded quickly to my many questions! Thanks for your help and patience.
