We had nice relaxing couple of days. Place is right next to beach, easy access to ocean. We loved the place especially in the evening. It was amazing to seat outside with a drink, sound of sea and star gazing with the family. Nice and clean house with all required facilities. Nice options for kids/families. Kathee was very responsive and amazing. The air conditioning system in the house is very noisy. The down side was related to beach, it’s not that great and lacks basic facilities like restrooms or shower. However it is less crowded. Secondly, check in and check out timings are not inconvenient as you are expected to check out by 10am while check in os only possible after 5pm. Loosing almost 7 hrs despite of paying good money is not ideal. Guests are expected to leave the place in good and clean condition and hence window of 7hrs between check in and check out is not too much.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Kathee, and I am so grateful for all her help even though we arrived in town so early. we were also able to get a free upgrade to an ocean side room, since it was avaliable. Absolutely lovely place and view and far enough away from the main parking area for the beach to not be as full. we will booking with them again next time we go back to Tybee.

This was our favorite place of all of the places we have stayed on Tybee Island. The place was spacious and had everything thing we needed to enjoy our stay. It’s right on the beach, but in a little less crowded area which was nice. It’s still an easy walk to several nearby restaurants and stores. Kathee and Pat were both very helpful and friendly. They were proactive about making sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely rent this unit again or another one from Kathee and Pat.
