The house was beautifully decorated! Conveniently located near beach and some restaurants. Everything was comfortable and clean, albeit a bit on the old side. Some of the outside could use a facelift. There were construction workers next door that were quite noisy and check in had a few blips, but nothing too distracting from a great stay. Seating was a bit tough in the living room. Only one couch and a few chairs to the side for such a large house. We thought it could fit one more couch. Everything we needed to love and cook was there so that was great. Def need a larger coffee maker! There were a few upscale amenities such as the jetted tub and bidet but it wasn’t as luxury as described and I realize that Tybee is old and expensive but this home could do a few extra things to make it have more value. Our trip also happened to butt up to Orange Crush weekend which was pretty scary. There were cops everywhere and helicopters flying overhead on a manhunt so we just stayed in. 4.5 stars

This home is a very short walk to the beach! It was a great home to spread out and have plenty of space. The kids loved the game room! The host was very communicative and when we asked to extend our stay she responded quickly and made it very easy to extend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Four couples fit in the house perfectly. Loved being close to Savannah and close to the beach side. We would definitely come back.

READ b4 booking. There is no door on master toilet or bathroom(tub/shower)! Can't tell from photos. Master suite is wide open bed/bath. Deferred maintenance - kitchen paint peeling on almost all cabinets, white pots are stained brown, stair rail to master moves (not safe) and furniture stained. Worst stocked Abnb we ever stayed in. 1 kitchen towel, 2 laundry pods/dishwasher tabs for week stay only 9 towels for 6 people. Only 6 sets of dishes, other dishes are plastic kid' plates. Dressers are flimsy and some of the drawers don't open. The beds are uncomfortable (spring mattresses) and the couch is white and stained. No extra blankets or pillows. This is an attached house to two other units (condo), not standalone as in the picture. It's managed by a realty company, who did not want to manage after hours or weekends. (Miranda was rude and difficult to work with) Close to the beach, great neighborhood, right by lighthouse. Game room great! Would not stay again not worth the price.
