The house was convenient and cozy and the hosts were responsive. Everything seemed clean and the beds were very comfy. The place could use a little maintenance and the front door wasn't operable (and had a note not to use it). It was a little over-priced but all in all, it was a good stay.

This was the perfect location for what we were looking to do. We celebrated our 25th anniversary (which I did let them know ahead, but wasn't congratulated.) As everyone else has said,and to no fault of the owner,the neighborhood is sketch. We didn't encounter any issues with anyone. Also be prepared to hear trains. We're used to that where we live and it was a non issue. The bed was comfortable. We were greeted with our towels all fancy like on a cruise.The bathroom small but perfect for the two of us. We visited Boone Hall Plantation, Magnolia, Middleton, Drayton Hall. And near historic Charleston, which we love. We stopped at a hole in the wall restaurant called Caribbean Delight. If you love Jamaican food... It's a must stop, once again overlook the neighborhood.. it's worth it. We also discovered Blondies bagels and cafe... All in all an enjoyable trip. Thank you for letting us use your home.

This is an up and coming neighborhood. It was quiet (except for a few trains). It was a straight shot to downtown. My only issue was on internet, i followed the instructions, but couldn't get on. I sent a messenge and never heard anything. Sometimes it's good to be off line. I did enjoy the front porch one evening, once I realized it was there. Thanks for hosting.
