I can not overstate how INCREDIBLE this property is. First, Jeff and Beth are excellent in communication. Both verbal and in the explicit information they left in the cabin as to local activities, how to use the heater and DVD/TV. Restaurant menus, etc. But the best part is that the view was breathtaking. The property is immaculately clean and the amenities were endless. We will be returning to this beautiful property again and again. Gosh, it really was SO much fun, so relaxing, comfortable and inviting. 5 stars isn't enough! You will not regret staying here!

Was an all around wonderful experience. The cabin the property and the river were beautiful. The location felt pretty secluded and was exactly what we were looking for.. cant wait to stay here in the future.

The property was incredible! It had comfortable beds and a kitchen that meets most needs. I loved the leather recliners in the living room that you wanted to sleep in! The outdoor space had so many features, such as the screened gazebo and multiple places to relax and enjoy the river. In addition, the host provides seasoned firewood to use in the firepit, as well as games such as horseshoes and ladderball. The most impressive feature was the river itself, which is RIGHT THERE! The house is situated on a small bluff (safe from flooding), and you can view the river from the dining area and the kitchen. Of course, the wildlife--turkeys, many bird varieties, squirrels, and chipmunks.--were always around to entertain you. Jeff gave us a complete run-down of the cabin and even provided useful information on kayaking and fishing. Jeff was always available to answer questions. What more could you want from a vacation experience (except less rain!)? We look forward to our next trip to the Copper Fox!

What a wonderful place! Everything was just so well thought out and every detail covered. Bring cloths and food and have no worries. We especially liked the fact that they had a well stocked wood shed for camp fires and an ax to use as well. The wifi internet worked great. The tap water tasted good. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Every kitchen gadget and utensil you can think of. Every light switch labeled so no guessing. An amazing river view from the dining table inside or from the screened gazebo outside. And the little book detailing the history of the cabin with pictures was a very nice touch that we enjoyed reading. We will be back again!

Copper Fox Lodge was everything and more. Attention to detail was outstanding. If your looking for a relaxing cabin on the river, this is the place for you.You can't go wrong.
