We have now stayed multiple times and every time we are sad to leave and just blown away by how lovely the place & the hosts are!! They have truly thought of everything. We stay in a lot of Airbnbs & are always surprised at details that are overlooked. NOT HERE! Jeff and Beth are always friendly and responsive & have made this place feel like home away from home. The kitchen has everything you need, there are extra blankets in every room, the decor is tasteful and cozy without being overdone, a heated floor on the porch, abundant wildlife to watch, comfortable chairs, outlets & power strips conveniently placed in every room, fast & reliable WiFi, comfy beds & bedding, a well stocked bathroom, everything is labeled w/clear instructions, battery powered candles add a pleasant glow, everything was decorated for the holidays, & we were welcomed w/SPECTACULAR homemade banana bread & a bottle of wine. I could seriously go on & on. We will be back!

Somehow our third stay here was as magical as the first! Gold Fox is wonderful. Such a peaceful place to be. The cabin is always sparkling clean and has everything you could want in a woodland setting! Great for families and folks with allergies; there are no smoky or musty odors. We can’t wait to go back!

The cabin, location and well… everything could not have been more perfect for us! We loved sitting with our evening cocktail by the river and then a beautiful evening by the campfire. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and everything Jeff and Beth have collected and decorated with just adds to the charm. Looking forward to our next stay. Didn’t catch a fish but did see a fox!!
