Stayed at Daniel’s Ya Nui Villas recently – excellent location which is a short ride / walk to Ya Nui beach and Nai Harn beaches! The Villa we rented faced greenery and was quiet, chill and had modern comfort. An almost Bali vibe .. Rooms were serviced on request and the lady helped us with laundry too (at a small fee). Proximity to local cafes (just 20m outside the lane) with our favorite being Patrick’s Good Fellow’s cafe and his wife’s Ni’s massage parlour opposite the road was excellent for a good deep tissue massage. There was also a massage contact (Cookie) that Daniel recommended who had excellent in-apartment service. Highly recommend! 🌴✨

Fantastic enclave of 6 modern units tucked in a neighborhood that has all the basics. We walked to Ya Nui beach everyday (12min), Rawai restaurants everyday too (15min). Too far to walk to Nai Yarn IMO, but easy to grab taxi there. House is spacious and simple, not overcrowded w furniture, just what you need. Bathrooms are huge and modern. Very safe and extremely comfortable. We could easily stay there a month next time.
